What was discussed?

Where previously many choices were recorded informally or late in the process, the Wkb requires:

• Early and demonstrable decision-making
• Technical assessment of buyer options
• Complete and up-to-date digital delivery file
• More cooperation between contractor, consultant and quality assurance officer
