Innobrix is a Dutch technology company founded in 2014, headquartered in Hengelo. We are active in the real estate and construction technology sector and offer a SaaS-based platform. Innobrix can be deployed in both the new build and renovation markets and offers support in real estate development, participation, sales & leasing, and property management.
Our solutions have seamless integration with many BIM design software platforms, such as Autodesk, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Tekla, Vectorworks, and SolidWorks. The Innobrix platform features an API connector and also integrates with all other software systems (ERP/CRM) to guarantee efficiency and scalability for our customers. The company was founded by Sander Martinec (CEO) and Gaston Smit (CTO).

The team
Our team consists of 10 driven colleagues with different backgrounds, ranging from software developers and service specialists to commercial functions such as sales and marketing. We all share one passion: innovation.
