For the housing project Home by the Creek H4A deliberately opted for a modern and visual sales approach. Whereas traditional sales tools are often limited to floor plans and artist impressions, H4A wanted to offer prospective buyers a realistic and interactive experience.

With the help of the Innobrix platform, interested parties were given the opportunity to view homes in 3D, walk through the property virtually, and experience various options and layouts directly. This created not only a more immersive experience but also a more powerful sales process.

A flat construction drawing doesn't sell anymore these days. Buyers expect a 3D experience.

More experience for buyers
H4A was specifically looking for a sales tool that was not only informative but actually offered added value to buyers. By making homes interactively visible, interested parties could get a much better feel for what a home looks like and how it feels.

The fact that buyers could walk through the home digitally and view it from different perspectives resulted in greater engagement and enthusiasm during the sales process.

Lowering the sales threshold
An important advantage was providing insight into homes and choices. By presenting information visually and understandably, the step for buyers to actually proceed with the purchase is reduced.

The interactive presentation helped H4A draw people into the project story more quickly and keep them engaged longer throughout the sales process.

More possibilities for options and additional work
In addition to the presentation of the homes, H4A also immediately recognized the commercial added value of the configurator. The platform offers opportunities to easily introduce buyers to extra options and additional work in a way that is visually appealing and understandable.

This results not only in a better customer experience but also more room for additional sales opportunities.

The use of the interactive 3D sales environment was positively received by buyers. The ability to virtually experience homes generated more enthusiasm and engagement during the sales process.

In addition, the platform helped H4A to:

  • to present property information more clearly and organized;
  • to better involve buyers in choices and possibilities;
  • to visually draw attention to extra options and additional work;
  • to keep potential buyers involved in the project longer.

With Home by the Creek H4A demonstrates how interactive 3D experience plays a key role in modern home sales. While traditional sales tools are increasingly failing to meet buyers' expectations, a digital and configurable environment offers clarity, enthusiasm, and confidence.

By collaborating with Innobrix, H4A has created a sales environment where experience, information, and commercial opportunities converge. An approach that aligns not only with today's buyer but also with the future of residential development and sales.
